How long until my order arrives?
Most US orders arrive 5-12 business days after you order: 2-5 business days to print (5-10 for ornaments) plus 3-7 business days shipping. See our Shipping Policy.
Are the mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes. Our 11oz and 15oz ceramic mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe, and the design is printed on both sides.
What size should I order for t-shirts?
Our tees are a unisex fit (true to size for men, slightly roomy for women). Check the size chart on each product page.
Can I return an item?
Because each item is made to order, we can't take returns for a change of mind. If anything arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, we'll replace or refund it. See our Refund Policy.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We ship to US addresses only for now.
Can I get a custom design?
Email velmoandco@gmail.com. We're always collecting ideas.
